Delivery will be either Royal Mail or Courier depending on size and weight.
It is our intention to get your requested items to you within 2 working days of you placing the order. If you order before 4pm and the item/s are in stock they will be despatched that same day.
We are sorry if your order does not arrive within this time frame but once it has left Alpaca and Llama Care we are unable to accept responsibility for it. When sent by Courier a tracking number will be supplied. Please note that if sent by courier you will need to sign for the parcel so you will need to make arrangements to be available at the time of the delivery.
Postage will be charged as follows:
• For orders under £75.00 (excluding VAT) a charge of £5.85 will be levied.
• For orders over £75.00 (excluding VAT) postage will be free.
The summer that never was is almost at an end which means that those early born cria are coming up to weaning age, this time can be a stressful time for them but you can make it easier?
